Who remembers the Scholastic Book Fair? We are bringing that exact magic back with a witchy twist….
Join us on Saturday, October 24th, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Greenwich VFW Post for a night of eerie, literary fun. Best of all? Admission is completely free, and all proceeds from book purchases go directly toward supporting our local library.
Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged so dress to impress (or obsess)!
Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re planning: Battenkill Books is setting up with new titles, and the Friends Boomerang sale is bringing used books featuring some “Ghouls Night In” book sets (plus, they’ll have a basket to raffle off!). We’ll also have local vendors selling unique, witchy items, a tarot reader, and a food truck parked outside. Plus, the VFW cash bar will be open, serving up a special Halloween-themed cocktail alongside your favorite drinks.
